Marketing and Content Officer

Armidale/Tamworth offices

Negotiable –20-25 hours per week

Home Nursing Group is looking for a Marketing and Content Officer (20-25 hours/week) to help us tell our story.

We are a successful and rapidly-growing home care business, supporting older people to live independent and fulfilling lives. In an increasingly competitive and complex industry landscape, we want someone to communicate our value proposition in a very compelling way for consumers, their families and other decision-makers.

Key tasks will include:

  • Developing content for social media (including blogging), print and web-based marketing
  • Managing HNG’s social media presence and development
  • Managing, positioning and protecting HNG’s brand
  • Coordinating external agencies as needed (creative, media, PR)

We’re looking for someone who cares about older people and the people who work with them, who has experience with social media-based blogging (Facebook preferred) and with a track record of success in growing, changing and dynamic businesses. Examples of your work product will be required. The position can be based in either our Armidale or Tamworth offices, with flexible working hours and arrangements. Some travel regionally and to Sydney will be required.
