Creditors and Debtors Clerk

Home Nursing Group is looking for the services of a full time Creditors and Debtors clerk located in our Tamworth office.

Home Nursing Group provides services to the aged care sector in the New England and Mid North coast districts in NSW and is currently undergoing rapid expansion. We require the services of an enthusiastic, vibrant and tenacious Creditors and Debtors clerk for our Tamworth office. Formal accounting qualifications are not a requirement but flair and a “can do” attitude are essential.

Salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Qualifications and selection criteria

Essential

  1. Minimum 2 years relevant experience  in Business/Finance
  2. Demonstrate proficiency using MYOB accounting software.
  3. Strong organisational skills
  4. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
  5. High attention to detail
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  7. Demonstrated time-management skills and the ability to apply problem-solving skills.
  8. Demonstrated ability to successfully undertake duties and achieve agreed objectives within a team environment as well as independently applying own initiative.
  9. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of EEO, WHS, risk management, quality assurance and records management requirements as they relate to this position.
  10. Hold a current NSW driver license and preparedness to travel
  11. Current National Police Check

Desirable

  1. Demonstrated use of database applications
  2. Familiarity with multiple site network environment
