These roles deliver in-home care to our clients through the provision of nursing assistance, personal care, social support, domestic duties and other tasks as directed. We recognise the value of our care staff to both our clients and the business and provide our AINs with 24/7 on call support, training and career growth opportunities and an open and supportive work environment.

A caring nature and genuine desire to support our clients to live independently in the community is essential as is weekend availability.

Selection Criteria:

  1.  Do you have Certificate III in Aged or Community Care or are you enrolled in the Cert III course (or similar)?
  2.  Do you have any work experience in Aged or Community Care?
  3.  Do you have current First Aid and CPR certificates?
  4.  Do you hold a current NSW drivers licence?
  5.  Do you have your own registered and insured vehicle and if so, what type of vehicle is it?
  6.  You need to provide a current police check. We need to sight the original or a certified copy.
  7.  Do you have a smart-phone or tablet and regular access to email?
  8.  What are your hours of availability (particularly 7 – 9.30am and 4-6pm and weekends?)
  9.  Would you object to doing personal care on either male or female clients?
  10.  Would you object to undertaking domestic assistance tasks?
  11.  Do you believe you have the physical requirements for this type of role?
  12.  Have you suffered any injury that may prevent you from managing this type of role?
  13.  Have you undertaken any formal manual handling training? Are you experienced in using hoists or other lifting equipment?
  14.  Are you an Australian citizen or permanent resident (or visa holder)?
