Registered Nurse/ Endorsed Enrolled Nurse / Care & Support Coordinator selection criteria



  1. Registered Nurse/ Endorsed Enrolled Nurse currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A minimum of two years post-graduate experience, preferably in the area of Aged Care and community care setting.
  2. Demonstrated experience in the clinical supervision of AINs.
  3. Relevant Case Management and care coordination skills including advocacy, care planning, goal setting and experience with networking and collaboration around patient care.
  4. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and communication skills specific to case management such as case conferencing, interviewing and assessment techniques.
  5. Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks.
  6. Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to apply problem-solving skills
  7. Willingness to participate in the ongoing development of wellness approaches and consumer directed care.
  8. Demonstrated experience with a range of computer software packages including the suite of Microsoft programs.
  9. Demonstrated ability to successfully undertake duties and achieve agreed objectives within a team environment as well as independently applying own initiative.
  10. Demonstrated understanding of cultural sensitivity.
  11. Have a sound working knowledge of continuous quality improvement, risk management, EEO principles and WHS as they relate to the position.
  12. Current CPR certificate.
  13. Current NSW Driver’s License and own registered vehicle.
  14. Current National Police Check.
  15. Availability for after-hours clinical advice on an on-call roster basis.


  1. Ability for occasional weekend and after-hours work, as required.
  2. Experience and training in complex wound management
