HNG consumers’ goals are being met


The Australian Government recently engaged KPMG, a respected independent accounting firm, to undertake a national pilot home care quality indicator programme. Home Nursing Group was proud to be one of only 300 services from across Australia chosen to participate.

And we were even more proud when we learned the results! The study used a tool called “goal attainment scaling” to assess how satisfied older people are with the care they are receiving. A score of better than 50 indicates better than expected outcomes. On average, Home Nursing Group customers scored 63, compared with the national average of only 51.3. In other words, Home Nursing Group customers were on average 25% more satisfied than those of other providers.

We are so proud of the hard work by all our team members to achieve this recognition, and it really shows that our investments in business systems; staff training and customer service are paying off. Most of all, we thank our customers for their continued loyalty and support.
